Abbreviated ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Survey Included

  • Intended to provide a general summary of a Property's conformity/noncompliance to Title III of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) based upon an abbreviated ADA survey provided while conducting a Property Condition Assessment and is not intended to constitute a full blown ADA survey nor include measurements to verify compliance therewith.

Higher Level Due Diligent Assessment of HVAC & Electrical Provided Upon Request

  • In-Depth HVAC Equipment Condition Assessment by a Qualified, Licensed Mechanical Contractor
  • Infrared Scan of Electrical Supply & Power Distribution Equipment to Verify the Absence/Presence of Hot Spots by a Qualified, Licensed Electrical Contractor

    Optional Freedom of Information Act (F.O.I.A.) Request Form

  • Prepare and submit an F.O.I.A. request form to the local AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) to verify the presence or absence of any outstanding building/fire code violations (Highly Recommended)
